Arc Fab Sussex have been growing organically year on year since 2011. In 2018 we took on a third large premise specifically for structural steelwork and over the last two years we have been working hard to grow our database and secure contracts.
The results of all this hard work are beginning to bear fruit and as such we are keen to speak to motivated individuals who can help us grow the business. You should have a good use of initiative and a desire to do a job well. Be a good team player and work well independently and as part of a larger team.
Positions currently available include:
Welder Fabricator to work from fabrication drawings to produce Multi Member Assemblies for Structural work.
Welder Fabricator to work on railings, stair balustrade and balconies from drawings, site surveys and customers drawings.
Plate maker and general yard hand to help prep plates and cut beams ready for the welding/fabrication team, undertake deliveries and help with loading and unloading of steel.
Painter to prep structural steel beams and prime. We currently do not offer any specialist paint finishes so any experience in this would be an advantage. Between painting to assist with prepping jobs and deliveries with loading and unloading transport.
